|Recommended: YesGreat Property W Responsive Staff — Great experience so far. Everyone is responsive, kind and professional. The view outside my room is amazing love the sunroom . I haven't used the facilities available due to the pandemic but they look very nice as well. I think the only thing worth noting is that there are renovations going on during the weekdays that I can hear, but otherwise I can't hear neighbors at all.
|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Satisfied So Far — The location is amazing and it would be the perfect apartment if the kitchen living room was a tiny bit bigger. Maintenance is very speedy. Amenities are overall really nice and the complex tries to host many resident events. Visitor parking can be a real pain.
|Recommended: YesI Love Living In Meridian At Ballston Commons — I greatly enjoy the home my boyfriend and I have created at Meridian at Ballston Commons. We are very close to the metro station, various bars, restaurants, grocery stores and trails We feel safe coming and going in our building and building staff are always friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. We are grateful for this home and community

-Needs a Kitchen Update To be fair i'm not in a remodeled one yet, so I'll trust you guys are working on it
-Parking can sometimes be rough but eventually solvable.
I love the place, am actually a returning customer, would definitely recommend.
|Recommended: YesA True Place To Called Home — Meridian at Ballston is a great place to call home . The entire building management is very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is amazing. I love the convenience of the elevator and three story covered parking garage. .Top of it is a beautiful neighborhood where every thing is available at footsteps. Little noisy from outside due to fire engines sirens, but overall manageable.
|Recommended: YesSo Far, So Good — I just moved in a few days ago, but so far the place seems good. I really love the apartment location and views, and I look forward to using the rooftop pool this spring. The gym is large and nice, and lobby area is well maintained. So far staff has been helpful and professional. I hope to be continually impressed
|Recommended: YesGreat Location And Apt, Challenges With Parking And Rent Increases — The apartment is in a fantastic area, maintenance staff is great, and excellent layout. Year to year Rent increases much higher than indicated when originally shopping and parking is very difficult.

|Recommended: YesDated, But Good. — Lots of 1980s era appliances. Refrigerators do not make ice and rely on residents twisting plastic trays. Biggest issue is the ventilation system--smokers can seriously affect other tenants through the connected system, at times causing extreme discomfort, but this can be addressed by the staff.
