|Recommended: YesGreat Space, Not So Great Sound Proofing — I really enjoy the space of my apartment but the noise insulation isn't that great. It's pretty easy to hear what your neighbors are saying or doing.

|Recommended: YesPretty Solid Living Environment, But The Construction Is Obnoxious — If you want a solid, no-frills living space, this is a good option. Especially if you like racquetball. But seriously, maybe wait until construction is completed to move in. Windows aren't very good insulators either so be prepared for some chilliness be ready to pay for heating AC.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartment Location — The move in process was a breeze All of the amenities are everything I could want and more. The staff has been beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. The one con would be the garage, quite tight for a bigger car.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apt — I love living here It is in such a great location. Maintenance responds appropriately. The layout is great. Only complaint I have is parking. You have to park in the garage and while there are many spots, half of them are being taken by the pillars. If you have an SUV, truck, etc. it's so hard to fit your car in the space.
