|Recommended: YesReview — Overall signing process was smooth and the team was very helpful on move in day. Have been pleased with the maintenance request and timeliness on their response. Parking in the garage with a larger car can be challenging but not bad. Location is amazing

With an abundance of residents using the garage, we do our best to make sure everyone has a space, which can often result in tighter spots. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused but we’re glad to hear it’s still been workable for you. Meridian at Ballston has so many conveniences just steps away and it's an aspect we also love about our community. |Recommended: YesStaff Is Incredible — Although the units are expensive, the staff is great and make the complex a fantastic place to live. Robyn was particularly wonderful in helping us with the move in process. The location is great and the units and very nice We especially love the sunroom.

Parking Is Sometimes Challenging With A Significant Number Of Spaces With Insufficient Space To Park A Car Due To Columns Being In The Middle. Most Desk Staff Is Friendly. — Erin and the rental team including Will were fantastic and extremely helpful with a challenging move in a short window. Great follow up
Parking is sometimes challenging with a number of spaces with insufficient space to park a car due to columns being in the middle. Have always been able to find a space though.
Most desk staff is friendly. Cleaning and maintenance staff are very friendly. Amenities are excellent.

|Recommended: YesWould Recommend Living Here — I've lived at Meridian at Ballston Commons for about eight months and have no complaints. The apartment is in a great, safe location. Front desk staff and maintenance are very helpful with questions issues. The apartment is well taken care of both inside the building as well as outside. Staff is good at communicating when there is going to be construction in building other inconveniences.

|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live — The location of the apartment is really good since it is close to the market place such as Target, Macy's and Ballston market place. The property is clean and all staffs are so nice. Sometimes you can hear the noise from hallway but it does not disturbing.

|Recommended: NoDirty And Smells — Not once have I seen someone clean the elevators, lobby, or hallways, whereas in other apartment builds I would see this daily. Dirt accumulates day after day in each elevator and no one cleans them up. Hallways smell. I have complained about this and no one seems to do anything.

As we strive to exceed expectations relative to cleanliness we are concerned to hear that we are not meeting yours. We can assure you that our common areas are cleaned daily/on a regular basis and we've not seen what you mention in regard to the elevators. It would be very helpful to us if you would reach out when you see an elevator that you don't feel is clean so that we can address it immediately. We took your work order in November seriously and a deeper cleaning was done immediately to the carpeting on your hallway. We'd not heard from you (and so assumed that we'd completed the work order to your satisfaction) and have walked the hallway multiple times and have detected no odors coming from the carpeting. We will be reaching out to you to further discuss your concerns and ways that we may be able to better meet your expectations. Regards- Karen K
